During this presentation, we will learn how to reduce stress through healthy living and self care. We will discuss how you can create your personal toolbox to help you navigate life's challenges.

Beth S. (Bassie) Taubes, RN, Certified Health, Wellness, Fitness, Tai chi & Yoga Coach/Teacher, is the owner of Wellness Motivations LLC in Teaneck, NJ. For over 30 years, she was a successful health care professional with a specialty in oncology, serving as a nurse, an administrator, and a clinical director. In these capacities, she became interested in the science and art of helping her patients prevent disease through healthy living.  Having decided to share her expertise with a broader audience, she opened her own health and wellness practice in New Jersey where she motivates clients of all backgrounds, ages, and health conditions to engage in improved self-care through nutritional counseling, personal fitness training, yoga practice, tai chi,  and stress reduction techniques. She has published numerous articles in her field and has spoken at medical conferences, women's and parent groups, medical schools, and high-schools. She is also the Rebbetzin of Congregation Zichron Mordechai in Teaneck, where she resides with her family as a proud mother and grandmother. and is actively involved in communal organizations like Yachad and Bikur Cholim.

Nina has been working with clients on their relationship with their bodies for over 25 years. She specializes in helping people who feel like they already know what they "should" do to care for themselves, but struggle in actually nourishing themselves in the way they deserve. She works with groups & individuals online.
