But Who Takes Care of You?

Wednesday, February 17, 2021

2:00 - 3:00 pm via Zoom

Led by Nina Manolson M.A.

We'll explore:

  • The many kinds of relationships you have with food

  • The different aspects within you that stand in front of the fridge and decide what to eat

  • A sustainable and new approach to nourishing yourself, that is anti-diet and pro-body respect!

Nina has been working with clients on their relationship with their bodies for over 25 years. She specializes in helping people who feel like they already know what they "should" do to care for themselves, but struggle in actually nourishing themselves in the way they deserve. She works with groups & individuals online.
